Balloon Regatta Is A Holiday Parade In Reverse

at the Balloon Regatta on Saturday, Dec. 12 and Sunday, Dec. 13, from noon to 4 p.m. each day, you can see the biggest crowd pleasers of the parade – the Macy’s Parade style balloons.
