North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper’s office has announced that an executive order will be issued Tuesday, March 17, mandating that all bars and restaurants be closed for dine-in customers.
Restaurants will be allowed to continue to offer takeout and delivery service.
The order is expected to be made public at 2 p.m. and, according to the governor’s office, it will be effective beginning at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 17.
The order will be made public at a media briefing at 2 p.m., where more information about the order and other updates on North Carolina’s response to COVID-19 will be made available.

Anyone who pays $3-4-5 for a cup of coffee can never complain about not having any money. FYI, the wholesale price for a pound of Columbian (Arabica) beans is about $1.52/lb . Cheaper robusto beans like a dollar so. Of course, you have to roast/flavor, bag, and ship the beans, but how does this add up to the prices you see on bagged beans?
