To the Editor of the Rhino Times,
I’d like to express my frustration about the recent U.S. Open delay that occurred today for the Alcaraz vs. Sinner match. Many of us had set aside a good four and a half hours to enjoy the match, only to find it delayed by an hour just for a certain guest—Donald Trump—to arrive.
To add to the irritation, once Alcaraz won and ran up the steps, Trump was visibly scowling and looking quite displeased. We’ve even got photos of him looking disgruntled as people were leaving. It’s frustrating to see an event delayed for a VIP, only to have that VIP appear so unhappy at the end of the match.
I hope the organizers can prioritize the experience of all attendees a bit more in the future.
Sincerely,
A Concerned Viewer

Seriously?
Of all the horrific and egregious things going on in the country and the world, you take an hour out of your time to whine about the U.S. Open. Where’s my violin?
Really dude with all the problems in the world today this is your biggest bitch. What a loser
Scott, I’m crying in my beer.
Jv,
cry in it while you can still afford a beer. With the upcoming tax increase we’ll be lucky to afford ditch water.

Gentlemen, for your delectation and delight I suggest Radeberger Pilsner, available at Total Wine on High Point Road.
Perfect Pilsner! Really – you’ll love it.

The media M.O. is to show the President in bad light. Pres. Trump will be hosting the annual Lifetime Achievement awards on TV this year. He was persona non grata during his first term. I will be watching just to see how the media and the guests receive the President. Reagan, Bush 41 & 43 hosted it, successfully.
Would the media decide not to broadcast this event?
I truely hope President Trump honors
Charlie Kirk first.
To be fare, he set himself up on this one by causing a 1 hour delay for the start of the match. So if they didn’t boo for politics, they booed for making them wait.
