A letter to the editor from Rhino Times Reader Alan Marshall

A core member of the (National Socialist) Democrat Party, AOC, has initiated the procedures to impeach not one, but two members of the Supreme Court. For those who don’t keep count, IF this were to happen, the (NS)DP…I mean Doddering Uncle Joe, would be the one to nominate replacements. And IF that were to happen it would result in a 5-4 liberal majority. (And if THAT were to happen we’d be blued, screwed, and tattooed.) The interesting thing about all this is when there was a liberal majority on the Court and rulings were going their way, I never heard Republicans starting impeachment proceedings because they didn’t agree with a decision.

The triad system of our government was thought out to ensure each branch had an equal amount of power to both wield and use to oversee the other two. While far from perfect, it served us relatively well for almost 200 years up until recently. In my opinion, the system started going south in the 60s and 70s. But the one branch that, for the most part, at least TRIED to hold to the vision of the Founding Fathers has been the Judicial Branch. But what has started happening is the other two branches (both D&R) have decided they can ignore the Founding Fathers, pretty much do as they please, and get bent out of shape when the Court doesn’t let them do what THEY want. So what better way to avoid it than to manipulate the content of the Court by impeachment and replace or, worse yet, add more members who think like them.

But have you noticed it’s been the Democrats who try this? Only once in history has a Supreme Court Justice been impeached but was not convicted and thus remained on the Court, and that was in 1805. Compare that record to the other two branches.

The three branches of government operate with a careful balance of power which is what keeps us a free America. The system, in spite of its faults, has and will continue to work as long as We the People do our part by reminding the ‘professional politicians’ they work for us, not the other way around. We are the employers, they are the employees and we need to keep reminding them of that.

Vote Donald Trump and Mark Robinson!

Carpe Diem
