Investigate The Supreme Court
Dear Editor,
As I understand it “our” government is made up of three branches, and there are supposed to be some sort of ”checks and balances.”
I think that the executive and legislative branches should investigate the judicial branch. Judges can take away your life, liberty, property, and end your pursuit of happiness. The unelected Supreme Court can determine if executions, abortions, and torture are constitutional.
By the way is every member of the Supreme Court a millionaire?
The Supreme Court should not be above the law.

And she did NOT prove her accusation. Even the Trump-hating judge acknowledged that she could not come close to proving that she had been raped at some point in the distant past by the former President.

Did you know about the relationship between LBJ and his appointed Supreme Court Justice Abe Fortis?
LBJ and Justice Fortis had a private line connection between them. Justice Fortis reported what he could do for LBJ, and LBJ told Justice Fortis what he wanted. Until Pres. Biden leaves office, I still think that LBJ was power-hungry from the start, and has done more damage to the Republic than any other President.
This business with Justice Thomas is another rabid attack from the LEFT.

And the Legislative Branch should investigate the Executive Branch. Never in the history of America has there been more corruption and abuse by the Executive Branch.
LOL, congress is investigating the Biden family. So far they have come up empty. But I fully support the investigation and Legislative branches persecution (as that is THEIR job) if anything is proven. Corruption is wrong regardless of party, position or power.
It’s not just judges. Our elected officials can pass laws that take away or limit life, liberty, property or pursuit of happiness.
And, the executive branch (pres or governor) can issue orders that can do the same.

I have nothing to do with torture, abortion or executions. No problem with the Supreme Court. Keep up the good work.
This is why we have three branches of government, so no one branch is able to have too much power. It’s what is designed to keep the focus on the Constitution and Bill of Rights with the points of the Declaration of Independence in mind. But that all is dependent on having people in government who are honorable, respectful, and righteous, which we don’t have today. There are no longer people of integrity who are patriots, putting the country and citizens ahead of themselves when it comes to the responsibilities of their office.
That being said, we as citizens have rights given to us by the Constitution and BoR – freedom of speech (and written word), the right to vote, the right to assembly, the freedom to address grievances, and the right of citizens to bear arms should they decide to do so in the unbelievable situation that our government no longer fulfills its Constitutional duties to the country and its citizens.
