Traffic Concerns
Dear Editor,
The Koury project on Cone Boulevard needs a traffic study to be done in present time. The traffic is very busy and very fast.
Within a few block radius you will find Page High School, with our children just starting to drive for the first time, along with school buses full of children bused from all over Greensboro. Mendenhall Middle is equally as close with many buses and carpooling mothers. Joyner Elementary are just another few blocks away with our youngest children.
According to records, there are 13 Guilford County schools and at least two private schools within a two-mile radius.
Please consider a realistic traffic study on the intersections along Cone Boulevard especially at Cleburne Street.
Along with this, please, when you go to vote for public offices, vote to change the present City Council.

One solution stop kids from driving to school and mothers stop carpooling kids. Will cut down traffic And cut carbon emissions. Pretty simple actually. Americans hav become soft and lazy.
I agree with you totally Karen! If it currently sits on a Council OR Commission, vote it to the curb. It is past time to end this madness. CLEAN HOUSE for real change.
