Is it time to abolish the NC ABC Department? I say yes as it is a waste of NC Taxpayer’s funds! They close for Christmas Day, New’s Day, Juneteenth, Martin Luther King’s Holiday, Easter Day, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, but not July 4th! Just another tax, inconvenience and waste for our NC Taxpayers. It’s time for a change! NC does not need ABC Stores! Our retail and grocery stores do a fine job handling sales of alcohol, so why does North Carolina need ABC Stores and their related expenses?
