A Letter From Rhino Times Reader Alan Marshall

I’m really starting to question the judiciary system and the people that make it up. These are people that make potentially life altering decisions while sitting in judgment of us. We are already seeing district judges making ruling affecting national issues, something that, IMO, is an overreach of their authority. There is talk of congressional action, but I believe the Supreme Court needs to be the one to make the ruling.

While there’s been much made of the tendency of these people to make these decisions based on their personal political slant, a couple of recent incidents have changed the paradigm in what I consider a dangerous way and have me and other folks wondering about their ability to make these decisions fairly. Add to that people who stand outside the courthouse and protest in support of at least one of these judges who AIDED AND PARTICIPATED in the attempted escape of an illegal alien with suspected terrorist ties on trial for assault. Before that you had a judge who hired and housed, in his own home, another illegal alien and suspected terrorist and allowed him access to weapons.

Some will say this is an alarmist statement, but these actions make me wonder how many other incidents like this have taken place without being caught. It makes me start to question our judicial system or at least the people in it. It also makes me wonder if these people will get a proper and unbiased trial. IF they are tried, IF they are convicted, will they get ‘house arrest’ and ‘community service’ or go to prison, as they should. “Oh but if they go to prison something could happen to them!” They should have considered that BEFORE violating the law and their oath of office. Actions have consequences!

Everyone should seriously consider what COULD happen if this type of action is allowed to go without SERIOUS punishment if these people are found guilty. A judicial system in anarchy is more dangerous than no judicial system at all. Nobody’s life, property, or freedom would be safe. Anarchy would become the way of life.

Sheeple of America, wake up.

Carpe Diem
