So the man who gaslighted the American people six years ago as he tried to force us all to submit to a toxic injection is now taking the Fifth Amendment – 111 tlimes! – in an attempt not to incriminate himself by having to tell the truth.
His name is Anthony Fauci, and he once publicly said that an attck on him was an attack on science, so perhaps I should call him Mister Science. He was never attacked. He means that he was criticised. That is how grotesquely engorged – and thin skinned – his ego is.
Apparently, 83 per cent of US adults accepted his instructions and submitted to the huge societal pressure to get jabbed. Biden was an accomplice, as were most of the media.
I’m with the one in six who didn’t. And so is my wife. We are “Right Wing Nut Jobs”, “Tinfoil Hat Wearers”, and “Conspiracy Theorists”. And today we are perfectly healthy, even though we both contracted COVID. I’ve had flu that was worse. According to the American Red Cross lab tech I spoke to, my blood had high levels of COVID antibodies, meaning that I’d developed natural immunity (I give blood).
The whole thing was a big nothingburger.
The death rate from COVID -SARS 19 was less than 1 per cent, mostly the elderly and infirm.
The virus was man made, and escaped from China’s biological warfare research laboratory in Wuhan. The “vaccine” – which was not a vaccine – was an unprecedented toxic cocktail of laboratory modified human RNA, and the whole episode became an exercise in how much control the state can exercise over the individual, how much liberty we might surrender. Sadly, most people submitted. And the media incessantly peddled the absurd “wet market” origin lie that we now know was promulgated by scietists who knew it was bullshit, and said as much to each other.
And still there are millions of intellectual sheep who place their faith in “science” and “studies” and “experts”, as these same experts and scientists were engaged in wholesale deception of the American people.
Thank God some of us still have the capacity to think for ourselves.
And – incredibly! – the naysayers and conspiracy theorists like me are still alive, hale and hearty. No myocarditis, no strokes, no heart attacks from the Clot Shot, no “turbo cancers”. And our blood is unadulterated and healthy.
Imagine that.
Dare to think for yourself. The next round will come.
And Fauci belongs in prison.
– Austin Morris

Austin’s letter illustrates a curious definition of “thinking for yourself”: accept every conclusion that supports your suspicions, dismiss every contrary study as propaganda, and treat surviving COVID without vaccination as proof that the pandemic was a hoax. The mind of an anti-science conservative at work.
Austin also treats the fact that he and his wife survived COVID as though it disproves the seriousness of the disease. It does not. Millions of people survived COVID; that was never in question. Many people also survived without hospitalization, particularly if they were younger, healthier, or infected after less severe variants emerged. Individual experience cannot establish the population-wide impact of a disease. COVID caused enormous excess mortality worldwide, and excess-death estimates suggest that the pandemic’s total death toll was substantially greater than the number officially recorded as COVID deaths.
The claim that COVID was “a big nothingburger” is especially difficult to reconcile with the evidence. A disease does not have to kill more than 1 percent of everyone infected to be catastrophic. A fatality rate below 1 percent applied to hundreds of millions of infections still produces millions of deaths. The fact that risk was concentrated among older people and those with underlying conditions does not make those deaths unimportant. Apparently, “mostly the elderly and infirm” is now supposed to mean “mostly people whose lives do not count.”
Austin is correct that vaccine-associated myocarditis was a real, though uncommon. That risk should never be denied or minimized. But acknowledging a genuine, rare risk is not evidence that the vaccines caused widespread strokes, “turbo cancers,” mass clotting, or a hidden epidemic of deaths. Large safety reviews have not found evidence that mRNA vaccination caused increased overall mortality or sudden cardiac death in healthy young people. Just more made-up talking points by those that don’t believe in science and the value of data and studies.
Calling mRNA vaccines “toxic injections” and claiming that vaccinated blood is “adulterated” are assertions, not evidence. mRNA vaccines do not alter a person’s DNA, and the mRNA is broken down after it delivers instructions to cells. If Austin has evidence that vaccinated people’s blood is permanently contaminated, he should provide it. (he won’t because it doesn’t exist) Repeating “Clot Shot” does not transform a slogan into a scientific finding. It just shows a willful ignorance of the truth.
The origin of COVID remains unresolved. A laboratory accident is a legitimate hypothesis. But “the virus was manufactured as a biological weapon and escaped from Wuhan” is not an established fact. U.S. intelligence assessments have expressed differing judgments, generally with low confidence, and the World Health Organization has said that both zoonotic spillover and a laboratory-related incident remain possible because crucial evidence is still unavailable.
There are valid criticisms to make of Fauci, government officials, the media, vaccine mandates, school closures, and pandemic policy. Public officials sometimes communicated too confidently, changed guidance without adequately explaining why, and treated reasonable questions as political disloyalty. Those failures damaged trust and warrant looking back for lessons learned.
But criticism becomes conspiracy theory when every error is treated as deliberate deception, every expert is assumed corrupt, every study is dismissed as propaganda, and personal survival is presented as proof that millions of deaths were imaginary.
Thinking independently does not mean rejecting expertise. It means applying the same skepticism to claims that confirm our beliefs as we apply to claims that challenge them. Austin asks us to “dare to think for ourselves.” Fair enough. That should include daring to ask whether his conclusions are supported by evidence (they aren’t) or merely by the satisfaction of believing that nearly everyone else was fooled.
Congratulations, Austin: you and your wife survived COVID without being vaccinated. By that logic, every person who survived a car accident without wearing a seat belt has disproved the value of seat belts. Personal anecdotes are apparently the new gold standard of science for conservatives…..provided, of course, they confirm what you already believed.
Think for yourself is great advice….I do it every time a read a letter or comment from Austin. I typically find that he lacks evidence, data, validated sources and instead uses willful ignorance, hate and personal bias to form his personal opinions to intentionally misrepresent the truth with lies and misinformation.
Cheers

When I noticed one single comment on my Letter, I just knew it would be you.
I haven’t read your gibberish, but I can see that it’s verbose and rambling… as always.
You should write a book, Einstein.
And try to get over your fixation with me, even though it’s rather flattering.
Of course you dare not read. If you did, you would have to defend your baseless unfounded misinformation and willful ignorance…..but since you can’t….you use the 5 Ds if Dodgeball.
Have a great weekend old boy.
————–
No, just had enough of your bloviating bullshit. And your deceits.
5 Ds of Dodgeball. Dodge, duck, dive, dip, and Dodge.

Says Mister Deflect & Digress…
– Hey Professor! That’s FOUR Ds – 4 .
Shame you can’t count. And you reckon you’re so smart….
LOL you deflect a well written critic of your letter with your typical childish insults and now you use the ‘what every you say bounces off me and sticks to you’ as your new childish means of deflection.
LMAO
———–
No, the truth is that your brain can’t cash the cheques that your mouth writes.
By that, I mean that your stupidity always shines through. Just in this comment, you call your own comment “a well written critic” (sic).
So first off, you’re praising yourself, patting yourself on the back. That’s why we call you a wanker, a guy who incessantly pleasures himself and praises himself. Your picture is in the dictionary next to “Wanker”. Ugh.
Second, you are so breathtakingly stupid that you are incapable of differentiating between critic and critique.
But at least your comments are always good for a laugh.
Face it Chrissy, you’re just a pathetic little wanker.
Yawn, yet another ad hominem from Austin.
—————
True though, isn’t it?
Biden’s pardon of Fauci as one of his “greatest abuses of power, and he had many.
Na….that is reserved for pardoning people who violently tried to stop the peaceful transfer of power to then be given a 1.7 billion dollar reward for their treason. Corruptionat its finest. Trumps only true skill.
Cheers

Who’s deflecting now, buddy?
That’s not deflecting. That is disagreement.
———–
Oh yes it certainly IS deflecting.
This column has NOTHING to do with Jan. 6th.
Try again, wanker boy.
You really aren’t as bright as you portray yourself. Again, I will slow down my typing….
He states ‘A’ is the worst. I disagree so I state that no, ‘B’ is the worst.
Really a fairly common exchange of differences of opinion.
————–
I have never boasted of my intelligence. Your inferences are your responsibility.
On the other hand, your rudeness and patronizing condescension are evident in almost every comment you make – including this one.
No wonder everyone thinks you’re an asshole.
————–
And I have never felt the need to assume a fake title in order to appear smarter than others.
That would be you… “Professor”.
It’s only insecure little men who feel the need to appear smarter than everyone else. You know, pitiful little wankers who have a deep seated inferiority complex that they are forever trying to exorcise. Guys like you.
I don’t have anything to prove.
Thank you.
Professor, have you accepted that there truly are Democratic Socialists now that many are winning various Democratic primaries across the U.S.? Or do you continue to refer to them as Social Democrats? Wasn’t that long ago that you stood stone-cold against anyone calling them Democratic Socialists. Remember?
Do you still believe Mamdani balanced the NYC $12 billion budget deficit he inherited in a matter of months and was able to add new social programs at the same time, and at no cost to the taxpayers, with you never knowing, or acknowledging, that NY Governor Hochul provided over $9 billion in state taxpayer funds towards resolving the deficit? I remember you being extremely proud of what Mamdani had accomplished by himself, in your eyes anyway.
In regard to Austins’ Letter to the Editor, but more specially your comments regarding “calling mRNA vaccines “toxic injections” an assertion with no evidence, have you never heard of VAERS? It’s the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System that was put into place in 1990 and is a voluntary reporting system built from HHS data that has been estimated to account for only 1% of vaccine injuries. It’s available for anyone to review and as of June 26, 2026, has captured the following data:
39,182 COVID Vaccine Reported Deaths/50,672 Total Reported Deaths
222,828 Total COVID Vaccine Reported Hospitalizations/321,053 Total Reported Hospitalizations
1,677.227 COVID Vaccine Adverse Events Reports Received
As noted, a high percentage (70%) of adverse vaccine deaths/hospitalizations reported were due to COVID vaccines.
Social Democrats yes. They have gained a great deal of ground within the Democrat party and I support them. As for the Democratic Socialists, I have not seen many making headway. Mamdani is the highest profile but frankly his policies to date have been more aligned with the social democrats. Who are you thinking has identified as a Democratic Socialist and what policy proposals have made you nervous?
Yes, Mamdani, balanced the budget. Some of this is accounting tricks, and others are increased revenue from Wallstreet and cost cutting. For example, Mamdani has identified approximately 1.7 billion in agency savings through efficiency measures but is indeed pushing for tax increases on the wealthy in the city. for example, taxing non-primary homes in the city valued over $1 million (the only new tax yet approved).
I think Mamdani has had several early wins. It will be interesting to continue to watch his progress as the honeymoon period ends and the new program costs have to be covered by tax programs that have yet to be approved by the State. I have not yet looked for any forecasts of his new programs. Please share if you have research in that area.
Proud is not a word I use for Mamdani. Interesting is more appropriate. He has done what conservatives used to claim to do….be fiscally responsible by cutting waste to fund programs. I didn’t vote for him as I don’t live in NYC so hard to claim to be proud. Nor am I a Democratic Socialist. Will be interesting to watch. So far, none of the doom claimed by Conservatives has happened. Shari law is still not a thing in NYC. LOL
VAERS is not a scientific tool that links outcomes to the vax. It only captures outcomes. If you are still pushing this, you clearly have done little research into how VAERS works and why it is important but dangerous if read incorrectly (as pushed by so many anti-vax anti-science conservatives). Try something that hasn’t been debunked 100s of times. But if needed I can walk you through the tool and how it does and doesn’t work. Note it starts with causation and correlation and the difference between the two. It is foundational to how to understand science and medical science research in particular.
Cheers
And my sister was one of them! Even though she was at great risk, her Dr advised her NOT to take the 2nd dose. My daughter’s neighbor was left partially paralyzed by the Covid shot. Most adverse reactions were ignored by media. Really glad I never submitted to the pressure to get vaccinated. PS: many, many of those vaccinated got Covid anyway!
And let’s never forget what former Governor Roy Cooper did to North Carolinians during COVID when it comes time to vote for U.S. Senate. He should never be forgiven. Neither should Dr. Mandy Cohen.
Conservstives who belittle the million+ people who died of covid and the millions more who suffered in hospitals should never be allowed to vote for real leaders who had to make hard decisions during very difficult times.
But you be you.
————–
The Spanish Flu of 1918 was about two and a half times as deadly, and everyone carried on with their lives as normal.
A century later, the COVID-19 virus provided a pretext for the massive abrogation of individual liberty and unconstitutional mandates.
Someone is jusy making things up again:
Actual history of the Spanish Flu Response:
Mask Mandates: Cities like San Francisco, Seattle, and Denver mandated masks in public. San Francisco even formed an “Anti-Mask League” in response, showing the debate existed back then, too.
Closures: Schools, churches, saloons, and theaters were closed for months in major cities.
Enforcement: In 1918, police arrested hundreds of people for failing to wear masks or violating quarantine orders.
————–
Nonsense.
It was nothing like the COVID response. A couple of liberal cities (NYC & San Fran.) tried to impose some measures and were immediately opposed by the people – whence the Anti-Masking League.
Everyone else carried on as normal.
The Spanish Flu of 1918 had a mortality rate between 2 per cent and 5 per cent. COVID-19 had a mortality rate of less than 1 per cent.
WWI, a war even stupider than Trump’s Iran war, had completely trashed the Bill of Rights by late 1918. In terms of civil liberties, it was as dark a time as the Faucian Dystopia.
Analogous to the fake vax that killed people in 2021-22, people over-dosed on the new wonder drug, Aspirin, in 1918-19, though it is impossible to gauge how big a factor that was.
Flippy Flop Austin began by claiming that during the Spanish Flu “everyone carried on with their lives as normal.” Now that documented examples of mask mandates, school and business closures, quarantines, public-gathering bans, and enforcement have been pointed out, the claim has become “a couple of liberal cities tried some measures.”
That is quite a retreat.
No one said the 1918 response was identical to the COVID response. It was not. But major cities across the country, including St. Louis, Philadelphia, Chicago, Seattle, Denver, Kansas City, and many others….closed schools, theaters, churches, saloons, or other public gathering places. Many imposed quarantines, gathering restrictions, or mask requirements. These were not merely two “liberal cities,” and people plainly did not “carry on as normal.”
The Anti-Mask League also does not prove that the public rejected all restrictions. It was a short-lived organization formed in San Francisco late in the pandemic, after the city reinstated a mask requirement. The existence of opposition demonstrates that pandemic restrictions were controversial……not that they did not exist.
As for mortality, the 1918 influenza pandemic was indeed generally more deadly than COVID, particularly among younger adults. But that does not support your original claim. A disease can be less deadly than another disease and still cause enough deaths and disruption to prompt governments to impose public-health measures.
You are welcome to argue that some COVID restrictions were excessive, ineffective, or unconstitutional. That is a legitimate debate. But “the Spanish Flu was worse, and everyone carried on normally” is not an argument. It is a historical claim……and it is false.
Apparently, when the facts contradict the story, the story simply changes from “everyone” to “everyone except all the cities that didn’t.”
Classic Austin Flipping and Flopping his position to dance around facts once point out to him by myself.
Cheers Flippy Flip Flop Pants ‘Ol Boy
———–
No flip flop here. Your allegations are untrue (with just a soupcon of truth, so you can grasp at straws).
Yet another weak deflection from Austin. Yawn.
The classic ‘Na Uh’ strategy is cute but not very effective.
Cheers
———-
I have made no deflection. Society continued largely as normal during the Spanish Flu pandemic of 1918, which was much more deadly than COVID.
That’s just a fact.
All your argumentative caviling doesn’t change a thing.
Your original quote “The Spanish Flu of 1918 was about two and a half times as deadly, and everyone carried on with their lives as normal.”
Now you have to add a new word ‘largely’ that changes your original comment given i easily showed your comment to be inaccurate.
My research (yup, you too can look things up)….showed that a study examined 43 major US Cities and found that every one of those cities implemented at least one major nonpharmaceutical intervention. Most of those cities closed schools, churches, dance halls, etc….. By the way, an interesting finding of that study was that Cities that acted earlier and maintained several interventions simultaneously generally experienced lower peak mortality than cities that delayed action or relaxed restrictions quickly.
Your claim that life went on as normal (then changed your wording to ‘largely normal’) is inaccurate regardless of which wording you choose to use today.
The study if interested can be found at http://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.him.gov
Cheers
—————-
You want to dance on the head of a pin over a single word?
You are a pathetic pettifogging little prick.
Get a life.
Annnnnnnddddd…..he only has personal insults yet again. Yawn.
———
Why don’t you try refuting my claim that you’re just caviling over trivial irrelevancies, instead of crying “ad hominem”, like a precious little girl?
Stop deflecting.
Your use of a single word makes a big difference. It changes your claim a great deal and frankly forces you to admit that, yes, society was impacted greatly by the Spanish Flu based on all the examples I provided.
So which is it….did society carry on with their lives as normal? Nope. So you change it to ‘mostly normal except for a few cities”. Nope, I show you that all major cities had policies that impacted people’s daily lives and so you deflect with some claim that your original statement didn’t change….when it clearly did.
So address the study that shows ALL major cities implemented policies to impacted people daily lives. Or are you just going to stick with personal insults and childish name calling given I have clearly shown your original statement as false on its face.
Another little note…..Also ask why the Spanish Flu was more deadly…..hmmmm….maybe medical treatments were more advanced today than in 1918 (no antibiotics for secondary bacterial pneumonia, no intensive care units, primitive oxygen therapy, etc…)….hmmmm…
For someone who dares people to ‘think for themselves’, you don’t really seem to think clearly at all.
Best wishes ‘ol boy.
———–
No it doesn’t. It’s just a qualified restatement of the original statement, just as I didn’t literally mean that no-one in Nigeria had been vaccinated.
Your nitpicking carping is pathetic.
Wow! – spot the fascist.
Two peas in a POD. 40 years of Roy Cooper is 40 years too much.
RIGHT !!!
Dear Diary:
To date, there has been no accountability or justice for the so-called medical experts or politicians who lied to us during COVID. But North Carolinians should feel compelled to seek justice and hold one person accountable: former Governor Roy Cooper, who is running for U.S. Senate in 2026.
Cooper should be held accountable for the loved ones who died in hospitals from something other than COVID, while family members could only watch through a glass window. Society suffered from mandatory business closures and school-aged children who were wronged by his excessive lockdown mandates and fake science, causing real pain and loss.
Several hundred people in NC, including some state employees, were terminated for refusing to be vaccinated against COVID-19. A mandate that should have never been a mandate.
Closing educational institutions for more than a couple of months was a horrible decision. It was readily evident in the early days of the pandemic that the risks of serious illness and death were strongly correlated with age, and that young people weren’t a major driver of infection.
Before the pandemic in 2019, NC students ranked seventh in the nation in test score performance. In 2024, NC students ranked 32nd in the country.
Cooper repeatedly claimed that vaccines were “safe and effective,” But his statements were dishonest. Two original COVID shots have since been pulled from the market for safety concerns, exposing his propaganda.
Cooper is a lifelong political hack who prioritizes party loyalty over public good and will always do what the far-left in his party tells him to do.
Cooper, who is now painting himself as a moderate, recently posted on social media that if you are tired of the lies and empty promises from Congress, as your Senator, I will work to make life easier for every North Carolinian. Cooper recently said he wanted to unite America, but everything he does is divisive and deliberately so. Unity isn’t his goal.
Until Cooper is willing to openly acknowledge his Covid-era failures, trust in him should not be restored.
There is a legitimate discussion to be had about COVID-era policies. School closures caused real educational and social harm, some restrictions may have lasted too long, and public officials should be willing to acknowledge mistakes and explain what they would do differently.
But this Salty turns disagreement and hindsight into accusations of deliberate lying, “fake science,” and political corruption without providing evidence that Cooper knowingly misled the public. Its ok to be angry by the history of covid but looking for a scapegoat by making up lies is unfair and shows a lack of real ‘thought’.
The pandemic involved rapidly changing information and difficult choices, often with serious consequences no matter which course leaders chose. We can reasonably debate whether Cooper made the right decisions, but it is not intellectually honest to blame one governor for every death, business loss, educational setback, or policy adopted during a global pandemic.
Likewise, the fact that vaccines had rare risks and that recommendations changed does not prove that officials lied when they described them as safe and effective. “Safe” has never meant “completely without risk.” It means that, based on the available evidence, the expected benefits outweighed the known risks.
Accountability should mean examining decisions fairly, not assuming that every mistake was intentional, every changing recommendation was a lie, and every painful outcome was caused by one politician.
Cooper should be willing to discuss what worked, what failed, and what he would do differently. But his critics should meet the same standard: evidence rather than slogans, context rather than hindsight, and accountability rather than political scapegoating.
Apparently, “follow the evidence” is a fine principle….until the evidence becomes more complicated than the preferred political narrative.
————–
Oh buddy, there certainly was a “preferred political narrative” – and it was everywhere.
“Wear your mask!”
“Stand 6 feet apart!”
“Do not congregate!”
And worst of all.. “Take your Jab!’
One of the peddlers – Dr. Deborah Brix – even claimed that people who had been injected could not pass on the virus – an outright lie. She has since stated that she meant to say that she and her colleagues “hoped” it would be true.
And the senile old man in the White House at the time famously claimed that if you got the “vaccine” (it wasn’t a vaccine), you couldn’t get COVID.
Lies, lies, lies.
Oh, are we pretending the science is perfect and from 1 day and a scientist should be able to nail down exactly how a virus behaves and how best to address right from the outset? OR do we want to acknowledge that it took a great deal of time to understand the virus and how to reduce its spread? Which did include spacing, not congregating, and to some degree masks (although most wore the wrong kind and wore them improperly to make them less than effective).
The vaccine was highly effective with the first stain but as the virus evolved (given how quickly it reproduced etc….) it again takes time to understand how the vax would help against the new strains as they become understood….again….over time. Studies should how well the vax was on later strains with reduced systems and shortened infection duration etc….
Welcome to the complexity of science. Cheers Chappy Pants

Studies show….! Experts say…! Science shows…!
This guy is a big time wanker who’s an intellectual sheep.
——
“Professor” just can’t accept that we were lied to. His sacred shibboleths of “Science”, “Studies”, and “Experts” would be shattered if he recognised the truth – that it was all fake, and all lies.
So he deflects. He can’t reconcile his cognitive dissonance with his prejudices.
Your comment says so much about the anti-science conservative movement so clearly.
Just a reminder that Trump pointed out…..”smart people don’t like me….”
Cheers
———–
Just a reminder :
* President Biden repeatedly told us “If you get the vaccine, you can’t get COVID”. LIE
* Deborah Birx and others went on TV to claim that vaccinated people couldn’t spread the disease. LIE… and a lie that caused the demonization of people like me who had the sense to reject the venomous “vaccine”.
According to contemporaneous polling, almost a third of self-described Democrats wanted the unvaccinated to be confined to their homes, effectively House Arrest (without process). Democrats are closet authoritarians.
Many, many more lies were promulgated, and sheep like the “Professor” swallowed them hook, line, and sinker.
Just a Reminder: Timing of those statements matter. Those that don’t respect science will leave out that the vaccine was indeed far more effective in blocking the transmission of the original strain of the virus. It provided 75-90% protection against infection after a full mRNA vaccination.
As variants emerged, especially Delta and Omicron, protection against infection and transmission became weaker and waned over time. The vaccines continued to provide much stronger and more durable protection against severe illness, hospitalization and death than against the infection itself.
Happy to share the studies and data behind those numbers…..oh right. Austin doesn’t like science, data, facts, ….. he just uses his emotions to evaluate things.
Cheers
—————
My God, you’re pathetic.
You won’t even accept that the statements made to the American people were profound and unambiguous lies.
This is a perfect example of your intellectual dishonesty.
In the vernacular, you’re just a lying little creep. Got that…”Professor”?
You won’t even accept that the effectiveness of the vax changed as the virus evolved. They were not inaccurate statements at the time they were made to promote the importance of receiving the vaccine.
Again you resort to personal attacks and childish insults. Such a bore.
————
They were barefaced lies at the time they were promoted, and they have been proven to be lies.
“Professor” can’t admit this because the liars were on his team – the Democrats. He has no intellectual integrity. If he had, he would be saying something like “Okay, those statements were not true, and the people making them knew it”.
But he is constitutionally incapable of doing so, because, well… he’s a “Professor”! So he’s never wrong….
What a wanker.
They were as much lies as your claim that people went about their normal lives during the Spanish Flu of 1918.
See how that works? You over simply yet claim, even after clear examples of that not being true are pointed out, that your statement was true. (even though I offered more evidence that it was even close to true)
Which is it? Oversimplified statements are lies or just that…. oversimplifications of more complex topics than are easily communicated in a single statement? Are you a liar or not in your statement given it is the same oversimplification as Biden’s?
Oh right, you don’t hold yourself to the same standard as you hold others. Got it.
————-
The overwhelming majority of Americans DID carry on as normal in 1918!
There is no equivalence with the deliberate and calculated lies that were made by the “experts” and “scientists” that you worship.
Very good points, Austin! In support of your thrust, all-cause mortality was significantly higher in 2021 (the year of the vaccine and the milder Omicron) than in 2020 (the year of the Fauci virus).
The emergency-use-authorization experimental jab was not a vaccine by the century-old definition of a vaccine. And it killed thousands and maimed much larger numbers, many of whom are still treated like lepers by doctors (who learned nothing about vaccines in medical school but the necessity to say “Amen! Vaccines!”) and by the government who pushed the vaccines on them.
The US with 4% of the world’s population had 17% of the world’s “Covid” deaths. 3 cheers for the corrupt US medical-industrial-complex and their “protocols” from on high.
————
Yes, the whole thing was the biggest scam in my lifetime.
What sticks in the craw is the shameless unmitigated mendacity of the scientists, the mass media, and our “leaders”. The truth was immaterial to them.
They were engaged in (1) C.Y.A, (2) enhancing their advertising profits and advertisers, and (3) seizing an opportunity to set a precedent for unimagined control of US Citizens.
They were all working their side of the street.
The truth didn’t have a chance.
The truth never has a chance with Austin…..THAT is for sure.
Cheers
—————-
Really?
Funny how all the comments agree with me, innit?
There’s a snippet of truth for you.
Ah yes…..the scientific method: make a claim that contradicts the evidence, find two or three people on a like-minded comment board who agree, and declare the science settled. Peer review has apparently been replaced by “a few guys in the comments nodded.”
————-
You’re not going to let the facts get in the way of your opinion, are you?
You’re very closed minded.
[ The “Professor” fancies himself a professor and a scientist. He is neither. ]
Austin ” the whole thing was the biggest scam in my lifetime.”—–That’s not a fact, that is an emotionally based opinion.
Austin “And it killed thousands and maimed much larger numbers”—–Just another made up lie by Austin with no evidence because it is made up statement fed by emotion versus data
Austin “The US with 4% of the world’s population had 17% of the world’s “Covid” deaths. 3 cheers for the corrupt US medical-industrial-complex and their “protocols” from on high” ——The data is accurate but notice he makes no linkage to any evidence of ‘why’…he makes an assumption based again on his emotional hate of government and science. It is a fair question though….and not a unique one as it like most things Austin ignores, has been studied and addressed….
First the figure ignores that the US has an older population, higher rates of obesity and chronic illness, substantial regional differences in public-health measures, unequal access to health care (no universal healthcare), unusually high levels of political polarization and vaccine resistance (thanks to people like Austin).
Then you had to acknowledge that different countries had different reporting systems, different timing of outbreaks, and different definitions or levels of death reporting.
So while Austin did share a fact in this last item, he makes an assumed linkage that isn’t supported by evidence or science or data etc….He again only shares his emotions.
Also, note that when facts are shared that counter Austin’s emotional point of view on things, he won’t defend his position by sharing evidence. He will just resort to personal attacks and childish name calling….which is….also another great clue to his lack of evidence to support his ‘so called facts’.
Cheers.

1. “The whole thing was the biggest scam in my lifetime”.
Obviously this is not an objective or scientific statement. It is a subjective assessment of the pandemic. I never claimed it was a fact per se, because it’s clearly a personal opinion.
2. The mRNA and adenovirus injections did kill millions of people, mostly in the West. Books have been written to corroborate this, but as one example, Nigeria had virtually none of these “vaccines” (which were not actually vaccines), but had a much lower death rate attributed to COVID than Western countries that were overwhelmingly “vaccinated”. How do explain this, “Professor”?
3. Your slipshod and sloppy comment has erroneously attributed the “4%” comment to me. It is not mine. Your stupidity is showing, buddy. You’re going to have to do better if you expect to be taken seriously here.
The rest of it is just a pathetic ad hominem attack on me.
Can you really nor see what a pitiful little runt you are?
LOl, should have known the 4% wasn’t your comment…..it was an actual fact that used data as evidence.
Your Nigeria example actually is the country I used to explain the difference between countries with high death rates and low death rates.
1) Nigeria has one the world’ youngest populations (median age 18 where in US median age is 39)
2) Reported differences as Nigeria had very limited testing, fewer death certificate, incomplete vital registration systems and many deaths occurred outside of hospitals (this is why excess mortality is a better measure than reported COVID deaths)
3) Also note that while Nigeria had a lower vaccination rate and started vaccinations later, they still had millions of people vaccinated….and wait for it…..deaths declined after the vaccination program started
4) many other factors: low obesity rates, low nursing home populations, lower diabetes rates, etc….
Thank you for the opportunity to expand on my comment about differing death rates as measured during Covid. It was an interesting topic to research. You should give it a try.
Cheerio ‘Ol Chap

No mRNA vaccines in Nigeria…. much lower death rate in Nigeria.
Fact.
Stop deflecting.
The Clot Shot killed and debilitated millions of people, one way or another.
Sure. Nigeria had millions of people vaccinated. You can’t just make up lies once your point is proven false as a means to avoid addressing any of the other FACTS that I shared to counter your false argument.
Just more lies from Austin. Got it.
Cheers

I just Googled “percentage of Nigerians who were COVID vaccinated”. Do it yourself, it won’t take 5 seconds.
3.8 per cent of Nigerians were fully vaccinated (one person in every 26). About eight per cent received at least one jab.
In this country 83 per cent were vaccinated.
As I said, very few Nigerians ever received the COVID “vaccine”.
“Professor” Chris will not hesitate to mislead you with his deceits if he thinks he can score a point. He will claim that he owns the facts, the science, the truth… but he lies.
All.

Austin, you are exactly right. The profoundly criminal scam made great numbers of billionaires as it destroyed Mom&Pop businesses by the thousands–leaving the US a yet more corporatist state. The evil marriage of BigPharma with CDC-FDA-NIH has poisoned medical science; in spite of the election, they are still in near total control.
———–
Yeah, wasn’t it strange that Mom & Pop hardware stores and bodegas were closed down, but HOME DEPOT and KROGER stayed open? The huge corporate stores give millions in political donations annually. Joe’s Hardware Shack doesn’t. Neither does Alejandro’s Kwik Mart.
And don’r even get me started about the Pharmaceutical-Governmental Complex.
They’re corrupt to the core.
Billionaires destroying mom&pop businesses is the conservative economic strategy. What are you going on about?
————–
“Billionaires destroying mom & pop businesses”…?
What are YOU going on about?
Look up the impact of Walmart on small ‘mom and pop’ stores around the country…..just one example. Amazon is another example of big business (that only really benefit billionaire owners).
Some is the nature of scale of these types of corporations can bring to market but there are also numerous examples of unfair trade practices that ‘mom and pop’ can afford to defend against in courts because of the cost.
Happy to discuss further
————
What’s being addressed here is the double standards that prevailed during the pandemic, in which huge chain stores were permitted to keep operating but mom & pop stores were not, or were crippled. The damage done to the politically weak small businesses was inflicted by government diktat – not the big businesses.
Books have been written about the ramifications of economic concentration, but a discussion about COVID-19 is not the place for such a debate.
These Covid restrictions contributed heavily the demise of the UK. So much for free enterprise.
Who are the staunch allies we have now? Anyone but Israel?

It has become a cause of great sadness to me that my dear old country has been infiltrated completely by the political Left, and is destroying itself.
Mark my words : in the coming years Americans will be shocked by how far “Great” Britain has fallen.
Britain is finished. It’s all past the point of no return.
There is no way out. The cancer (Leftism) has metastisized into every element of British society. It’s reached critical mass.
The Left has won.
It has become a cause of great sadness to me that my dear country has been infiltrated completely by the political right, and is destroying itself.
Mark my words: in the coming years the world will be shocked by how far the Greatest Democracy in the World has fallen. America as a world leader is finished. Past the point of no return.
There is no way out. The cancer (Conservative) has metastasized into every element of American society. It’s reach critical mass.
The Conservatives have won and dismantled all that used to make America Great.
Oh Wait…….we have an election coming up….we can be saved!!!!!!! It will take many years to recover but we should NOT give up hope. VOTE BLUE!!!!!
Cheers

Aww… The “Professor” is being funny!
He should be a comedian.

It’s like debating with a child.
The argument seems to be: more Americans died in 2021 than in 2020; therefore, the vaccines caused the increase. But that conclusion does not follow from the numbers.
The deadliest U.S. COVID wave occurred during the winter of 2020–21, before most Americans had been vaccinated. The Delta variant caused another major wave later in 2021. A higher annual death total is not evidence that vaccines caused those deaths; it requires evidence showing that the deaths were actually attributable to vaccination rather than COVID, delayed medical care, overdoses, chronic disease, or other causes.
Nor does calling the vaccines an “experimental jab” make them experimental. The vaccines underwent clinical trials, received emergency authorization during the public-health emergency, and later received full FDA approval. “Emergency authorization” describes the regulatory pathway and circumstances….not an admission that the product was an untested experiment.
COVID vaccines were not risk-free. Rare adverse effects, including myocarditis after mRNA vaccines and unusual clotting disorders associated with some other vaccines, were real and should be acknowledged. But “rare risks existed” is very different from “the vaccines killed thousands and maimed vast numbers.” Those claims require evidence, not merely assertions or raw reports from a surveillance database. A report made after vaccination does not establish that vaccination caused the event.
The claim that the United States had 4% of the world’s population but 17% of reported COVID deaths is a criticism worth examining…..but it does not establish that COVID deaths were fabricated or that vaccines caused excess mortality. The United States had an older population than much of the world, high rates of conditions associated with severe COVID, major disparities in access to health care, and substantial differences in how countries recorded deaths. Comparing reported death shares without accounting for those factors is not a complete analysis.
There were legitimate failures during the pandemic. Some policies caused serious harm, some officials communicated with too much certainty, and vaccine mandates were reasonably controversial. Those issues deserve scrutiny.
But replacing “trust the experts” with “every expert is corrupt, every vaccine is poison, and every death after vaccination was caused by the vaccine” is not independent thinking. It is simply another form of unquestioning belief.
Apparently, the medical-industrial complex is so powerful that it can conceal a mass vaccine catastrophe…..yet somehow its evidence is visible everywhere except in the actual data needed to prove it. But have fun with your made up conspiracy to drive hate and ignorance about science.
Cheers
“the medical-industrial complex is so powerful that it can conceal a mass vaccine catastrophe”
BigPharma has been given by the govt the special privilege of immunity from the harm their vaccines do. They can kill and maim without surrendering any of the billions they make off vaccines. That’s power.
None of the childhood vaccines has ever been tested in a placebo-controlled trial for safety or effectiveness! None. The trials they did to get approval were very short (some a matter of days) and very small in # of participants.
The EMERGENCY USE APPROVAL jab (approved only with the benefit of the LIE that no effective therapeutic like Ivermectin existed) DID have placebo-controlled trials…and more people died in the vaccinated group! But that didn’t matter, any more than did the massive VAERS signals of harm, in our fascist/corporatist medical complex.
We used to worry about socialized medicine. Alas, the system collectivized in the fascist direction instead.
———–
Will is right. I was pretty much on the fence about the vaccine until the big pharmaceutical companies were given complete, 100 per cent legal immunity from any and all liability for their product.
Say what..??? And they want to inject this unproven experimental crap into me???
No way, Jose.
I was already skeptical. The exercise of that pure political power made my decision to be free of their chemical crap made the decision for me.
No thank you.
Shove your poison up your arse.
The conspiracy theory (there is no evidence of the claims you make) that all of science can be corrupted is folly and a joke. The anti-science crowd who push unsubstantiated claims of harm from vaccines in the face of many valid studies proving them wrong does indeed warrant protection from frivolous lawsuits because when anti-science groups can’t win with science, they try to beat them with lawyers. I personally don’t want to waste money fighting false claims by having to pay increased drug costs because some ‘guy’ can’t figure out the difference between causation and correlation.
Ivermectin has never been proven effective against viral infections in any well-designed study of any merit (ie large randomized controlled trials)
– TOGETHER Trial run in Brazil found ivermectin did not significantly reduce hospitalization or prolonged emergency observation among high-risk outpatients
– ACTIV-6 Trail run in the US found ivermectin did NOT shorten symptom duration in a clinically meaningful way or reduce hospitalization or death compared with placebo.
End of the day, you don’t have to take the medications. Communities of people such as yourself are beginning to see the impact of not taking vaccines. Hope your number is small enough in NC to not have the impact that anti-science folks in SC have had on their communities.
Have fun taking a dewormer for your viral infections. But be careful, a few diehard anti-science ivermectin goofballs have actually died from overuse of the drug.
Cheers
“push unsubstantiated claims of harm from vaccines in the face of many valid studies proving them wrong” That’s just a lie.
Produce one valid study “proving” vaccines do no harm!!! You cannot. Most of them harm people; vaccine makers don’t really deny that but instead try to prevent studies being done.
There’s plenty of good evidence, aside from physicians reporting their really excellent experience during the Faucian Dystopia, that Ivermectin is helpful. Vitamin D and Hydroxychloroquine also.
How interesting that leftists now are shills for the corporate-govt cabal. It’s kind of like the irony that “Communist” China now has a very much fascist structure.
————-
“A few” have died? From overdosing the drug? You can overdose ANYTHING and die – including water.
Meanwhile, millions were killed by the mRNA jabs. Strokes, heart attacks spiked massively, myocarditis epidemics suddenly emerged (only in the vaccinated though), previously robust immune systems were devastated by the jabs, earning the term VAIDS (Vaccine Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome), and most unfortunate individuals who were intubated or put on a ventilator died quickly.
And the “vaccine” caused the virus to spread rapidly as it was “leaky” for days after injection.
And thank you for your touching concern for my health. But I’m as healthy as a horse. Still love knocking on doors myself, just to keep my hand in – as I did in Winston today, selling near Airport Road, and down Parrish Drive. My biggest health worry is applying enough sunscreen!
Thank God I had the presence of mind to reject the mandates and the fake vaccine.
Will, the most recent studies debunked the long running false claim that vaccines cause Autism. Look up WHO Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety (2025) or the Danish Nationwide cohort study (published 2025) or the 2026 retrospective cohort study that analyzed over 2.5 million children.
To be clear, I never claimed that vaccines do no harm. With any medication there is always some very small risk, but the studies answer the question ‘do the benefits outweigh the risks’. Do you want the studies that prove this point? They are easy to find. Happy to do research for you. Do you have any studies that prove vaccines have more risk than benefit?
There is NO statistically valid study that shows Ivermectin was effective in treatment of covid. There were some early small sample studies that warranted more robust studies. Once those robust studies where run, the benefits statistically disappeared. That is how science works. …. early studies are quick and small samples and if those are positive, they move for more robust statistically structured studies. None of which panned out for using a dewormer to fight a virus. Hope that help.
I am only a shill for actual science. I think most big pharma are profit centered and bad for US public health. BUT, they don’t make profit by killing people or denying people viable solutions for improved health. That is just folly of those that lack the ability to understand how science actually works. I get it, it’s complicated.
Cheers
Austin, claiming that millions died from the ‘jab’ is a bold lie and not worth responding to unless you have some valid study that validates your BS. You won’t, given there are multiple independent lines of evidence for the safety of vaccines including randomized clinical trials, national registry studies, active surveillance systems, and large meta-analysis involving tens of millions of people.
Cheers.

” Studies! “…. “Science! “…. “Experts!”….
Spot the sheep.
Fauci received a pardon but pleaded the Fifth more than 100 times. What a coward, and what is he afraid of? After all, Fauci claimed he was the Science, yet his evasiveness raises questions about the transparency and credibility of his assertions.
Most of us no longer trust the government that lectured us about masks, social distancing, and vaccines. This loss of trust leaves many feeling betrayed and uncertain about who to believe anymore.
The COVID closures adversely affected millions. We were told to shut up and comply. We were told the science was settled—by the one man who wouldn’t answer for it under oath. It’s a reminder of how deeply these policies impacted our lives and trust.
Fauci was the face of America, and most folks trusted every word he said. In front of Congress, Fauci looked like he had something to hide.
He was the gospel and not someone who should have pleaded the Fifth. He should have fessed up and said he made some mistakes.
COVID severely affected the life of every US citizen. If you provided any dissent about what he said, you could have lost your job, been censored, or gotten yourself into trouble. The Dems leaned on this for control.
His decisions were never based on Science and we need answers. He needs to be held in contempt of Congress.
————–
Dead right! I voiced my skepticism at the time and could only speak freely because I’m my own boss, and because of the indispensable value of anonymous free speech – as provided by The Rhino Times (thank you, Scott).
The people who could think for themselves and refused to be intimidated into being injected with an unproven chemical cocktail were stigmatized and demonized. But we were right. This alone demonstrates the essential necessity of anonymous free speech in a pluralistic democratic society.
It’s often the independent thinkers who are proven right. The sheep are almost always wrong.
In front of Congress, Fauci looked like a man being attacked with hate, lies, and misinformation. He was wise to plead the 5th.
Many within the NIH disagreed with Fauci and some even changed his point of view on things…masks being the most significant thing…of course conservatives take his adjusting his point of view based on feedback as claiming he was lying.
All of Fauci’s decisions were based on science which is imperfect while still in the data gathering phase of a virus was every evolving….it is Congress that is lying to you as they attempt to find a scapegoat for their own failings and people like Salty, who eat it all up as he lacks he ability to understand the complexity of the truth over the simplicity of lies and hate.
But you be you.
—————–
Actually, Fauci looked like a man whose lies had caught up with him.
He was shamefaced, shilly-shallying, and shallow.
You cannot plead the fifth arbitrarily, which is what Fauci did. He looked stupid pleading the fifth to basic questions that had no bearing on criminality. Also, he had already been pardoned, negating his ability to plead the fifth at all. If he is truly a scientist, he would stand behind his data and speak freely about it. He came off as a moron with something to hide.
Bingo !
You are only not allowed to use the 5th amendment privilege for the specific crimes covered by the pardon. Since Fauci’s pardon doesn’t cover his current testimony before Congress (and Rand was very clear he wanted to find or create an opportunity to prosecute for lying to congress), he is more than within his right to plead the 5th.
This is all just a witch hunt by the party that cries about witch hunts anytime someone tries to hold ‘one of theirs’ legally accountable.
Hope that helps.
Fauci should be hated. The majority did what he said: we wore masks, we distanced each other, we limited gatherings, and we got the shot.
And most in my family still got COVID, and many got sick, and some almost died.
Yes, Fauci is now the most hated man in America, surpassing Obama and Biden,
————
Sorry to hear about the harm the jab did to your family. I could tell you dozens of instances of serious harm my customers suffered after being injected with the “vaccine” (which was never a vaccine).
My own stepmother contracted COVID several times since she not only got jabbed, she followed the advice to get repeated booster shots. We are convinced that after one particular booster she nearly died.
The sheep who believed the lies and did as they were told (like my stepmom) will say this is all just anecdotal, but it’s also true. What else is indisputably true is that the “vaccine” was not a vaccine, and was a hurriedly developed unproven cocktail of an entirely unprecedented type, only permitted to be made available under an Emergency provision in which normal safeguards were disregarded.
What could possibly go wrong….?
.
wait, now we are blaming Fauci because the virus evolved and made the vaccine less effective (this is well known behavior of viruses evolving faster than we can evolve vaccine)? In other words, the virus behaved a forecasted by Fauci and team. Weird.
If not for Fauci using American taxpayer dollars to create the disease, a vaccine would not have been necessary. That’s a part of what we blame Fauci for, among many other things.
Doctors I trust more than Dr. Fauci include:
Dr. Pepper
Dr. Zhivago
Dr. Seuss
Dr. Jekyll
Dr. Scholls
Dr. Frankenstein
Dr. Kevorkian
————
LOL!
– and Dr Watson (Sherlock Holmes’s sidekick). Sherlock would have seen through the whole charade immediately.
“Trust”? If anyone tells you to “trust me”, don’t. Trust is neither given nor taken. It is earned……and easily lost.
Love it, Jim.
Fauci is protected federally because of AutoPen Biden, but some red states are going after him. Of course, his good buddy Soros will pay his legal bills.
This article is ruined with the constant bickering. I just stop reading this stuff. It is spam. Let it go.

Yes Miller, we have a resident Village Idiot who acts an an antagonist and a provocateur. You might have noticed that the Comment Columns in which he chooses not to participate are well mannered and instructive.
When he weighs in, it’s with condescension, arrogance, rudeness, and insolence. And fabrications, fallacies, and falsehoods.
I’ll try to ignore him from now on, but it is so delicious to humiliate a grandstanding pretentious prick who thinks he’s a genius, but possesses a middling and average intellect.
