The MSM and their lackeys are screaming about the sky falling, the Sun rising in the west, cats and dogs living together, it is, according to the “experts”, the beginning of the end of life as we know it.

President Trump is imposing tariffs on imported items so everybody…no, not everybody, only the undereducated, under informed Democrat drones, believe this is going to drive the price of EVERYTHING up to the point that only the rich (D&R) would be able to live a good life.

MEADOW MUFFINS!!!

The tariffs apply only to those items that are, for the most part, imported from other countries. Yes, the price of an item will go up quite a bit based on the tariff of that particular IMPORTED item. The tariffs do not apply to those items manufactured in this country. I saw a great example on a tic toc video. A manufacturer held up a lighter and said that item costs $25.00. A comparable lighter manufactured in China costs $20.00 before the tariff is applied and raises the price to $30.00 in this country. The American made lighter stays the same price but is cheaper than the imported one. Even a Democrat voter can see the difference, at least you would hope. American vehicle manufacturers are offering employee pricing to the general public. Other American companies are starting to offer deals as well.

The Democrats and their Stasi henchman (aka the (National Socialist) Democrat Party wing) will do their best to hide this simple fact from American consumers with lies and deception.

Is this going to hurt? Without a doubt yes. There are some items we cannot manufacture so we must import them. But the alternative is far worse in the long run.

There are already countries (Argentina, Viet Nam for example) coming to us to renegotiate trade deals, in some cases imposing no tariffs on American goods.

I am in no way saying this is going to work but considering the alternative, it’s worth a try. And I personally think it WILL work, if we have the backbone to stick with it.

And yes Chris, I took a bath on the market…for now. But I’m not giving in. I’ve been poor before, I can be again and work back up. I will survive.

Carpe Diem and buy American
