Beggars And Litter
Dear Editor,
I am writing about all the trash, storage crates and shopping carts left at intersections, red lights and cloverleafs coming off I-40.
People stand all along these areas begging for money. Some look to be in the 20s and 30s and up and don’t look handicapped. Some hide behind bushes waiting for their turn to beg. There are places these people can go to get help. They litter and don’t care. They make the area look bad and could cause traffic accident walking into traffic to collect their money.
Can’t the City Council do something about this? I don’t want anyone to get hurt and also want our community to look clean.

Biden Begins Process Of Destroying Progress
Dear Editor,
So it’s the first day of President (?) Biden’s time in a stolen office and already he took action to end 50,000 American jobs with the stroke of a pen. So much for build back America. That’s got to be a record for totally ignoring and breaking a campaign promise, something we will be seeing more of in the (literal) days to come.
And I’m seeing the foot soldiers of the (National Socialist) Democrat politburo marching, looting, burning and threatening police. Will Bunker Joe call them racists? Speaking of which, I found it so funny that Joe’s speech talked about healing the country after using a broad brush to paint innocent Americans as racists and ignoring the calls for “reeducation” and “deprogramming” and blacklisting of people that disagree with the politburo line.
Before 24 hours had passed, Joe has managed to destroy almost all the progress that was made in four years to restore America to the status of the power plant it was. And I suspect that before his 100 days are over the people that put and are keeping him power (for now) will begin bulldozing the still burning rubble.
The graduates of the Goebbels school of journalism have already begun their fawning and quite honestly have given me more reason not to accept their pabulum. Anybody wants to take bets on how long it will take the Hunter Biden fiasco to quietly fade away and allow “the big guy” to return to getting his share. In addition they are leading the charge for censorship of those that they don’t like or agree with.
As I said before, everything that has made America stronger and more prosperous is already being torn down. Energy independence, historically low unemployment (pre-pandemic), a red hot stock market, more money in the pockets of working Americans, better border protections and at least serious attempts to deal with illegal aliens in this country. Now we’re looking at a return to high unemployment, higher taxes, which equals less money in your pocket, touchy-feely policies that will hurt the average American, over regulation, and worst of all, persecution of what used to be free Americans for having their own indecent thoughts, lives and beliefs, speaking of which, the war on faith and religion is about to go nuclear.
While we’re still allowed to, we need to pray for America for at least the next two years.

Can you please let’s us seniors know what the real time frame is for a vaccine. After many calls and no answers I’m concerned. From what a can see it appears that March will be the earliest and how fast will they be gone. What is going on and can I get some real and hones5 answers
There’s no message to attack so I guess we’ll just make fun of Alan, the sensitive and pleasant gardener that prides himself on jumping out of a plane. Sadly, unlike a gardener, or someone sensitive and pleasant, Alan does nothing to grow his community, he only spews fearful ideas that are likely some manifestation of post-traumatic stress disorder. He is scared – he tells us every day he is scared. He shows his fear by encouraging you to get ready for a fight, beating his chest with the bravado of “bring it”, and confessing that he thinks less of people without balls – like his mother and his (presumably ball lacking, but who knows) wife.
If there isn’t a message to attack, attack the messenger. Stop listening to this guy. And John Hammer, please stop publishing his nonsense every damn day – I just want some variety in my life.
Obviously, Juan, you have no clue what has been happening in this nation in the past few days. Wake up and check out the facts. That means to watch Fox News and Newsmax, read the Heritage Foundation, ACLJ, Judicial Watch. Unfortunately you missed Alan’s point completely. The new “president “, probably being manipulated by Socialists behind him, is attempting to undo Trump’s 4 years of hard work to keep America safe and prosperous.
So you’re good with thousands of jobs being destroyed in the middle of the pandemic just to pacify the radical left while kowtowing to foreign interests, further destroying the economy and setting the stage for higher energy prices, again kowtowing to Saudi Arabia, giving in to the terrorist sponsoring Iran, letting this “domestic terrorist” ploy go forward with no comment, and treating National Guard troops like trash.
As I’ve always said, when they know they can’t argue the points with facts, it far easier to attack the messenger. Typical of the radical socialist leftists.

I strongly agree with you Juan. Alan and fringe thinkers like him use hate fill and divisive language (including childish name calling) to make their point more exciting not because they have any real personal fear. They just want their internet karma of reads and clicks.
Either that or his tinfoil hat has slipped off again.
But Rhino times should have more dignity in their editorial purpose than to continually post his hate and divisiveness on their pages. Save the space for those have real ideas or concerns with the ability to express them maturely.
Juan? You want variety in your life, yet you ask others (Rhino Times) to stop publishing articles such as those from Alan with whom you disagree? May I suggest you stop reading the letters? After all, you live in a country in which freedom to read the news papers is guaranteed. . . . as is the freedom to NOT read the news papers. If you stop reading the Rhino, then maybe your blood pressure will go down a bit and you’ll feel better.

How about this idea. . . . .stop reading the Rhino or at least skip over the letters from Alan. Am just a thinking man, but when and why is it the responsibility of the Rhino Times to provide you with “only” information that will not offend you?
This cure can also be found in our Constitution which guarantees freedom of speech. Read it sometime, it may help you understand why Alan is exercising his constitutional rights.
The flags that were sponsored and adorned the Mall at the inauguration – well, so basically every flag in the National Mall yesterday at the inauguration represented a child or children that will be aborted, via Planned Parenthood, beginning our new President’s term. And similarly, the (supposed Catholic) Cardinal of Chicago blasted a letter from some of the US CatholicBishops for wanting to warn this Country about the moral damage of abortion.
So sadly this is day one?! So proudly they waved, and those that stood (no kneeling) and watched felt pride in their country, not knowing they had contributed to an agenda and deaths, re-instating the erosion of our Country. Read the fine print.
