Even T-Shirts Protected By First Amendment
Dear Editor,
I enjoy reading Rhino Times to keep abreast of local news and events. I’m shocked and concerned to read we are promoting a negative play regarding President Trump inciting division within our community.
Furthermore, our constitution provides freedom of religion and freedom of speech for all, which includes Christian slogans on T-shirts.

That is typical of Greensboro. Where have you been all these years?
Fortunately, “we” have had enough of that BS and will no longer sit back and take that crap from these morons, aka democrats, liberals or whatever that bunch of lunatics identify as that day. There are, and always have been, more of us than them and it’s time to move forward and put that BS where it belongs, back in the septic tank.
“We won’t take that crap”
…. Does nothing but whine on the Rhino.
I enjoy reading the rhino times because of the crackpot comments and insane letter section. This place has the most insane opinions, and I thank Satan I have the time to kill looking at this car wreck!
You so special. Are you sure your name isn’t
ole slo joe
Welcome to a forum of open, vigorous debate. It’s called free speech.
Crackpot comments can be easily found on MSNBC, CNN, CBS, ABC, NBC, NPR etc, etc…
JB, crackpots are exercising their 1st Amendment right of free speech. Everyone using this forum may qualify for “Crackpot for the Day”. Even me.
Joe, thank you for contributing to the insanity and not just mooching off the rest of us.
To Greensboro City Council Officials:
As my representatives in local government, I implore you to do everything possible to STOP the violence in Greensboro. There are reports of shootings and assaults daily on news and social media. Many seem to be random acts not targeting individuals but “acting out” on anger and discontent. This often results in the death of innocent residents that YOU represent. We are helpless to keep our families safe. We are also fearful of performing routine activities in our city. You will continue to address route causes, historical inequities, injustices and mental illnesses but while that is ongoing, innocent people from all walks of life are being assaulted and killed. They have no rights when they are dead.
Stop the cycle of violence using policies, laws, compassion, leadership and tough love. We must make Greensboro a safer place to live. Let’s lead the way for NC and the U.S.
Thank you for your focused and unwavering attention.
You left out the most important people who can stop violence. . . .parents and relatives who can turn them in to law enforcement. It’s time for parents to step up and do the right thing. Parents know their children are hoodlums, but they defend not doing anything by saying . . .”he’s just trying to support his children” or some other reason, er um, excuse.
