Bur-Mil Park will once again be the place to be this October when Guilford County Parks hosts the 21st annual Fall Fest – a free community event that always draws families from across the county each year.
The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11 at 5834 Bur-Mill Club Road in Greensboro. Admission is free, and organizers say that this year’s event will be bigger and better than ever.
Those who come out will find more than 50 vendors and exhibitors offering a wide range of local products, crafts and services.
And a Kid’s Zone will provide hours of entertainment with inflatables, games, crafts and other activities – all free of charge.
For those seeking a taste of the fall season, hayrides will roll through the park’s trails, offering a relaxing ride through the autumn scenery. A lineup of local food trucks will also be on hand to keep visitors well fed while they explore the festival grounds.
“Fall Fest is a wonderful way for our community to come together and enjoy the fall season,” said Bur-Mil Park Supervisor Todd Moore. “We encourage everyone to join us for all the family-fun festivities at Bur-Mil Park and explore what the park has to offer.”
The event is one of Guilford County’s longest-running seasonal traditions, offering an easy and affordable way for families to celebrate autumn.
